Coverage area: Boston/Dorchester\n
Must have at least 1 year recent Hospice experience including EMR -\nHomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience
Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
Fri,Sat,Sun - Days, BLS \nMust have at least 1 year recent HOS exp\nHomeCare HomeBase experience required
